Travel policy

When we travel to meetings, conferences or events, we select the mode of transport by following these guidelines:

Be aware of the environmental impact of travelling and choose not to travel when virtual collaboration tools will adequately fulfil the purpose of travel (e.g. participation in a video call is possible and sufficient)

Avoid unnecessary travel and only send the minimum number of team members required to fulfil the purpose of travel

Minimise the environmental impacts of travel and choose a method of travel with the lowest impact possible (e.g. choose train over plane when possible)
